The payroll register stores what you type into it: an employee name, an optional role, a monthly gross wage, and optionally a Kazakhstan IIN and a date of birth. You are the controller of this data; we process it on your instruction so the product can compute payroll taxes and the cost of your team.
Where it does not go: the IIN is never returned by our API in full — only the last four digits — never appears in a CSV export, and never appears in a log line. Nothing from the register is ever sent to the AI model: the language layer receives headcount and totals only, never a name, an identifier or a date of birth.
Deleting an employee removes the row. Resetting the workspace removes the whole register, and deleting your account removes it with everything else. Enter an IIN only if you need it; payroll is computed correctly without one.
